New Commission Policy of Fisher Services, LLC as of January 1, 2012
We are providing the new commission structure that will allow experienced agents to earn over 100% by using our mentor program.
Here is an outline of the new commission structure.
Compensation Plan for Agents.
50/50 Split for the first $12,000 in Gross Closed Commission (Minimum Standard).
80/20 Split thereafter.
Agents will continue to be responsible for their Multi-List membership, lock box key, continuing education, license renewal and contribution for errors and omissions insurance. In addition to achieving the Minimum Standard of Production each year as outlined above.
Compensation Plan for Mentor
$1,000 for each new recruit Paid out of their first 2 closings ($500 per closing).
$1,000 plus 10% of Recruits production.
Example: Assuming $30,000 in Gross Closed Commission
$30,000 = $1,000 plus $3,000 = $4,000
$60,000 = $1,000 plus $6,000 = $7,000
The Mentor will be responsible for recruiting new agents, signing contracts with the recruit, training and retention contracts. Contracts with recruits run for 1 year from the date of signing.
If they sign again with their original mentor the process starts all over again.
However, they may sign with another team leader/mentor. So, it is important to provide a quality service to the agent/recruit to cause them to want to sign once again with their original mentor
As you can see when you combine your personal production and the mentor production compensation plan. It is possible to earn in excess of 100%.
